We hope you love your MARIA & CO. pieces! Because our bracelets are handmade, slight variations in color, bead placement, and appearance are part of what makes each piece unique.

We accept returns of eligible, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or there was an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
